Actually adds them back because I haven't implemented #55 yet (which is on the immediate roadmap to implement. I want to get this prettier plugin composable and back up to speed)
Also adds back auto-updating of prettier and plugins.
Unfortuantely the astro plugin couldn't be added back because it started using Wasm in the compiler and I don't have time to update it at the moment. Will add it back soon.
