[devices] fxtec_pro1, fxtec_pro1x: use the fxtec droidian_variant

F(x)tec devices were the last users of the old "feature branches
on top" way of adding Droidian-specific changes.

Since Droidian 101, fxtec specific patches are in their own Droidian
variant, which allows us to greatly improve UX during upgrades avoiding
needing to "update two times" during upgrades.
