Description

Preserves local storage for fireproofed domains.
Resolves issues where some fireproofed sites log out after using the fire button.

Steps to test this PR

Feature enabled

Log into bsky.app or proton.mail.me
Fireproof the site
Use the fire button
Go back to bsky.app or proton.mail.me
Verify that the site is still logged in

Feature disabled

Load the config linked in the task
Use the fire button
Go back to bsky.app or proton.mail.me
Verify that the site is not logged in
