Local Environment Setup

Have Python >=3.5
Create "logs" folder in application root
Create "key" folder in application root
Create "handle_commands" folder in application root
Place handle client (Client Library (ver. 9.3.1) — Java™ Version) in application root (https://handle.net/client_download.html)
Fill in values in .env file
sh start_prod.sh
