Patched for Terraform v0.11.8

Previous release was not compatible with Terraform v0.11.8.

Also added support for Mock Cloud provider

Limitation: Plugin code does a string match on Cloud provider name to one of:

- Mock
- BizCloud
- AWSCloud 

Aviva requested changes

This release includes two changes:

1. The flattening of the resource structure to have only the Compute resource and the names of the Project, Environment, and Blueprint as parameters
2. support the definition of environment variables for the Provider's username and password
