Starting work on #3

- this is the ST:Micro 'low density' library, seems to be what we want. - the Polaru/Sparkfun libs are similar, possibly based off this, or vice-versa - Needs an Arduino-esp32 compatible platform.c iadded/created as a protocol abstraction layer (mostly I2C functions)
