The Jupter Notebook can be used to submit imagery under the NASA data buy for direct delivery to GEE. Code is not original code and was pulled from Planet's documentation and repository
To open the notebook, open your Anaconda Prompt and type jupyter notebook.
Navigate to where you've stored the DEVELOP_PlanetDownload.ipynb file and click to open.
