• Adds Sketch plugin info to README and about pages
• Tweaks modal and dialog design a bit
• Cleans up and organizes CSS
• Removes custom ad and adds Carbon ads
• Fixes issue where transitions fire on page load
Note: The reason transitions fired on page load in Chrome is explained in this Stack Overflow answer. When the linter reformatted things in #5, the space between the
<script>tags was removed.
