- COMMON_ENABLE_DATADOG_APP is enabled in stage, but not in prod, hence why we were getting data in stage but not prod.
- Add a config that can be overridden in edx-internal to allow enabling in prod without enabling COMMON_ENABLE_DATADOG_APP
