The second question: do we need to place chat launch button on login/register page?

@rnr in the near future we are thinking of placing the notifications tray icon where you have placed the chat icon. Is it possible to create a floating chat icon like many apps do? a floating icon at some corner of the screen might be helpful and cover all cases for different screens.

I like the first one since the second one is inside a side menu which we do not have. I would prefer using the first example.

It will have both Xpert (AI chat bot) and five9 (agent live chat) (or only one - it's configurable).
We could place a floating icon on every screen - the question is if we should? (for example Discover web page has own web-based xpert chat icon)

Yes, exactly. I think we need to sync with the PM leading this initiative. My understanding was that we'd only be doing this for the login and sign-up screens.
I will sync with Ryan on this and get back to you on this.

I revisited the original conversation with Benjamin Roszel (PM leading the initiative) and the screens where we should put the chat support are the registration screen and the learn tab.
I do have one suggestion for the icon. Is it possible to use the Xpert logo instead of a chat icon? Do you know where we could source that?
