In order for us to release v1.0.0 and the /v1/ version of the API we must be compliant with the ER OpenAPI specification located here: https://github.com/eiffel-community/eiffel-goer/blob/main/api/openapi-spec.yaml

We must also test eiffel-goer against ReMREM and/or other services that use the proprietary ER to make sure that we are fully compatible.
