First official release

Here is the first official stable release of OrganizationChart Designer.
The changelog is quite long but here are the main news:

• update to Eclipse Sirius 4.1
• new properties view to edit values
• windows installer
• branding (splash screen, icon, ...)
• plenty of fixes

Beta

This version can be used for real. It is close to a release candidate.
Changelog:

• full sample
• plenty of details inside all representations
• fix icons and splashscreen
• functions improvement
• modify domain model for structure management link
• usage of pictures in several diagrams

first usable version
main known issues:

• red icon for the bundle with Windows,
• sample is not initialized properly with existing diagrams,
• too many useless IDE menus
