Steps to reproduce

I was wondering why the dictation function does not work properly, neither on my iPad and iPhone, nor on my wife's devices.

Dictation always stops randomly after a few seconds. Working well in all other apps.

Finally I've turned off the rich text editor in our lab settings and the issue is gone on all our devices.

Dictation should work until I end it

What happened instead?

Dictation stops randomly after a few seconds when rich text editor is enabled.
