It is implementing #9
Adding a new work item type: Document
It can be a generic file or a text file.
In case of text file, user can select a snippet of it and BASIL will also provide automatic validation of the mapping.
At this point user can only define direct mapping of Document to the Reference Specification.
It is supporting all the features already in place for other work item types like Justifications, e.g. edit, history, comments, status, reuse and so on.
