Main highlight in here is support for VRF BGP neighbors. There's a relevant failure in the Ansible collection but that seems to be a correct failure, although it would take a fair bit more time to be sure since this PR represents 3 months of API/spec changes. Any necessary fixes will be easier to identify and review in follow-up PRs.
