Update Website Request Guideline

If you want to update the website, please do it in this workflow:

1. Write your request (content to be added, how it will look, etc) as complete as possible.
2. Send email to one of the Web Team member (Amrit, Bruno, Ismail, Senait). We will create a Github issue for it to record the request.
3. You can also make an issue (https://github.com/erasmus-mundus-geotech-master/Geomundus2019/issues) for making a request
4. We will get in touch with you if something is not clear
5. We will let you know if we have updated the website.
