In this update I added mytrashmailer.com as a service.

If you want to host your own version of the bot, download this file. If you just want to use the Bot, just text @TrashmailClient_bot on Telegram.

Create a Telegram bot by messaging @Botfather on Telegram
Add the HTTP API token from your TelegramBot to the startup parameters of the program
Run the program
Now you can start messaging your Bot
