Metrics Adapters

The Metrics.NET library provides various extension points for pre-packaging metrics for various scenarios.
Currently the following adapters are available:
- ASP.NET Core Adapter
- Nancy Metrics Adapter
- OWIN Metrics Adapter - thanks to Allan Hardy
- WebApi Metrics Adapter using OWIN - thanks to Allan Hardy
- NLog Metrics Adapter (not yet final)
