Ciao 👋, this is Alessio from Como (Italy). Welcome!

I'm a computer vision and AI/ML R&D engineer. Robotics Ph.D. Here you can find all my personal projects and experiments, I love testing lots of new technologies

🔭 I work at Medacta in Balerna(CH) as R&D CS engineer. Working on software for surgery&implants, playing with Kuka LBR cobot.

🎓 I have a Ph.D. in robotics from Politecnico di Milano. I love autonomous robots!

🎓 I have a Master Degree in Computer Science. Guess what? Specialization in robotics, AI and ML 😁

My skills

Computer Vision, C#, Python, AI/ML, etc etc... STOP ❌ I really don't like this list, I've always felt it does not describe my attitude. I prefer saying that I'm a (computer science) engineer above all. I'm always happy to face new challenges, I'm really good at solving problems and making them "ready for production" eventually. Let's call this R&D. The frameworks, the programming languages are just tools to set, track and achieve a goal. Of course you can find the updated list of skills on my CV and resume 😁
