Fixed alolan diglett stats.
Added Hydrocannon as a move that can be exported to pokebattler. (Export to pokebattler under the 'Moveset' tab in scanresults.)
Pokemon now show both normal and alolan forms when possible in dropdown menus. (Input correction & powerup estimate)
Fixed an issue that caused german users to not scan alolan or eevee evolutions.
