For further development and a better code structure, it is necessary to introduce a valid testing structure. Beside adding TYPO3 Testing Framework's used runTests script, some additional packages where introduced for running automated code styling and linting. This PR adds better handling with required fields and adds possibility for overriding the metadata by reference update even to existing fields.
