Adds support for Teensy 3.1.

See the readme file for instructions on updating Firmata in the Arduino IDE.

If you are using the 1.0.x series of the Arduino IDE, download Firmata-2.4.2.zip below. If you are using the 1.5.x or 1.6.x series of the Arduino IDE, download Arduino-1.6.x-Firmata-2.4.2.zip below.

Please note that as of version 2.4.0, Firmata is only supported for Arduino 1.0.6 and lower and Arduino 1.5.6 and higher. Arduino 1.6.1 or higher is recommended.
