AD9361/AD9363/AD9364 are versatile RF transciever chips, from Analog Devices, used in many SDRs like Ettus USRP B200/B210, Adalm Pluto etc. Adalm Pluto and clones. This commit adds support for Industrial IO (IIO) based protocol used in Adalm Pluto SDR, LibreSDR and clones.
