Relatively stable version for teaching

This release corresponds to the state of the repo after all fixes were made following the SDIC course at UPF (CSIM Master) in January 2025 .

This version mostly focuses on educational purposes, with ready-to-use practical sessions in notebooks/sessions. @corentinlger was the main contributor over the last year.
