Very early prototype of man-pages using https://gitlab.com/rycee/nmd. Currently it only outputs manpages for backups.nix options. I'm having issues importing more modules, specifically around config.nix-bitcoin options called within modules.

To test run

cd docs
nix-build
man result/share/man/man5/nb-options.5

Closes #301
