2.0.0: Major changes to the configuration:

 - Make the configuration of rules easier to read/write
 - Overwrite default target in section with target as parent and not "config"
 - Default rules can be defined in the default section
 - changed wrongly used config value "uri" to "path"
 - Renamed "Rules" main section to "Rule definitions"
