This shows my point:

If there is a quota with default="no" and one updates with default="no" the result is

bioblend.ConnectionError: Unexpected HTTP status code: 400: {"err_msg":"Quota 'BioBlend-Test-Quota-ce96bca8c96748b8bddaf2fc4a8533df-updated' is not a default.","err_code":400008}
