The YAML ComboLists and plaintext FullLists in ./GIF/ were missing P1 and E1 entries for the RSE43 set. Since every reaction in RSE43 needs +1 (E1) - 1 (P1), only one entry for P1 and E1 is included in the FullList, to avoid duplication.
