This PR gives three of the settings more intuitive names for v2 release. It renames:
settings.default_accept_language->settings.http_accept_languagesettings.default_referer->settings.http_referersettings.default_user_agent->settings.http_user_agentOld settings deprecated for v1 in #1138.
