This version shouldn't be used for previous projects, it might break them because some files were removed or critically changed.

• Removed exercises.scss
• Added folders for exercises and materials
• Updated templates to include fonts and correct css files
• Created the GDI series of welcome slides
• Added a toggle.js file to easily show and hide solutions

Updating gitignore to package for distribution

The zip file can now be inserted directly into a project folder and uploaded for hosting on your platform of choice, not additional steps needed (except creating slides).
