As part of the PAINT IBA switch to PANTHER19.0, we'll need to update this list of GO reference species to correctly block incoming TreeGrafter IEAs that would otherwise be redundant to IBAs (as seen on geneontology/go-releases#77).

PANTHER_VERSIONchange PR to theJenkinsfilebeing propagated tosnapshotand other branches.
