[Features] * update upstream enable-nat-tls.yml and loggregator-certs-from-cf.yml to genesis format @itsouvalas Updated cf-deployment forces nats-tls from [v17.0.0](https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cf-deployment/releases/tag/v17.0.0) If you are usind v17.0.0 onwards you will have to use `- enable-nats-tls` under your features. * update postgres release to 30 @itsouvalas This is required as a step release for operators looking to update cf-app-autoscaler-genesis-kit to newer versions, including newer versions of postgres release. Operators using an external database can skip this release.
[Chores] * Updates overlay files with upstream operation files using genesis format
[Bugs] * Updates base.yml to include system_domain @itsouvalas Using upstream app-autoscaler-deployment.yml requires the presence of ((system_domain))
[Features] * update blueprint and include ops file to use jammy on postgres instance @itsouvalas
[Chores] * cleanup upstream files keeping provided files in sync with upstream @itsouvalas
[Features] * update to upstream [10.0.5](https://github.com/cloudfoundry/app-autoscaler-release/releases/tag/v10.0.5) @itsouvalas [Breaking Changes] App-autoscaler-release uses postgres version 44. Given that the required upgrade path dictates it can only be upgraded from version 30, if you are using app-autoscaler's internal postgres instance and upgrading from a previous version, make sure you deploy the previous release first.
[Chores] * Update spec tests to match expected changes from update to upstream 10.0.5 @itsouvalas
