Release Changes

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Spruce merge bug that could occur when deploying only workers. If you
    used to see something like (( meta.jobs )) is not a map, then its fixed
    here.

Upgrading

This version bumps Postgres up to 11.1, from a previous 9.6.10. Please upgrade
to Concourse kit version 3.0 or 3.1 before upgrading to this version to
facilitate a clean migration.
