Insarmaps

This step uses the script ingest_insarmaps.py. it will export the time series results in to insarmaps format.
Example:
ingest_insarmaps.py $SAMPLESDIR/unittestGalapagosSenDT128.template
ingest_insarmaps.py $SAMPLESDIR/unittestGalapagosSenDT128.template --email # send an email of the uploaded result to user
