GEOS-Chem submod update: Merge PR #2410 (TROPP in SatDiagn)

This commit informs the GCHP superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GitHub geoschem/geos-chem repository:

7d3f442e7 (HEAD -> dev/no-diff-to-benchmark, origin/dev/no-diff-to-benchmark) Merge PR #2410 (Add Trop Pressure to SatDiagn collection)

This PR adds an extra field (TROPP) to the existing SatDiagn collection.
