Nifty.Works [NW] are Google Maps for knowledge discovery.

They are platforms for searching for connections between entities, made by two components:

• discovery engine (multi-partite network)
• user experience and interaction component

The user experience and interaction component is designed to be agnostic of the discovery engine: it can display complex queries from any knowledge graph, independently from the technological stack used for the knowledge graph. It is sufficient to expose web API that can be represented, and the user experience will display knowledge structures with readable maps suited both for technical / domain experts, as well as for laypeople with entry level expertise.

NOTE: in this project, a knowledge graph or knowledge networks is defined as a multi-partite graph network, not a database of "triples".
