Stable 1.0 version

The executable name was changed to "gfaviz", which will be the stable name in the future.
Further changes to 1.0 versions will only be bug fixes.

Manuscript version

This is version described in the manuscript.

Minor changes will lead to version 1.0 (including changing the executable name to gfaviz and implement make install target).
