Implement GitHub repository types from OpenAPI specification

This PR implements the Go types for the GitHub repository XRD based on the OpenAPI specification in GithubRepoXRD.yaml. The following types have been added:

  • BackstageCatalogEntity: For Backstage catalog configuration
  • Repository: For GitHub repository configuration with visibility enum
  • SecretReference: For GitHub token secret reference
  • Updated GithubRepoParameters to include all required fields
