Copiparvoviruses are a genus within the Parvoviridae family, specifically classified in the Parvovirinae subfamily, which infects vertebrates. These viruses are less well-known than some other members of Parvoviridae, but they have been identified in a range of mammalian hosts, including humans and animals, making them relevant to both human health and veterinary science.
Tabular data summarising copiparvovirus species reference sequences can be found here.
Multiple sequence alignments (MSAs) spanning complete copiparvovirus genomes can be found here.
