Removes a large number of synsets due to them having the same definition as the other synset.

This pull request ensures that no duplicate definitions exist in the resource.
It also adds a duplicate check to the resource so no two synsets may be added with the same definition.
This has been achieved mostly by changing definitions, but also by merging many synsets into each other. A summary of the changes is here:
