Brief Description

This document management system is an efficient way to manage documents in an institute. The software provides different options to send documents, to different individuals or groups. It also facilitates admin to create a new form and send it to users in the form of QR code, and all the above functions with live reporting.

Below are the different modules of the software. Dashboard Module It is the module which shows the live reporting of the transactions happening in the software. It gives information about amount of data uploaded, number of dynamic forms created, number of live users and more. Documents Wall: This module provides access to the documents shared with respective users. The document can be further sent or can be saved locally.

Uploaded Documents

The documents uploaded by the logged in user are show here. These documents can be further sent to different users, viewed or deleted.

###Sent Documents Documents sent to other users by the logged in user are show here, with basic functionality.

Groups Module

To collectively send documents to customized users, groups are used. This module is used to create a new group or delete the existing ones.

Forms Module

This module is used to dynamically create a new form to be filled by other users. In this, forms with any form fields can be created with varied functionality. The newly created form is sent through QR code to different users.

Text-to-Image Module:

It may be used for quick notice or poster making, to convert text in any language in the form of image and circulate.

Reverse Image Search:

The software also facilitates its users to get information about the image that is uploaded. 

Text Recognition

This module rectifies the text from any image.
