Upgrade test dependencies to dbt-postgres 1.8.1
- tests renamed data_tests
- Save manifest v12 as unit test fixture
Add sandbox Docker dependencies to build psycopg from source
Upgrade sandbox Metabase to 0.50.3
Fix session ID warning in unit test Metabase mock
