refactor!: remove obsolete css-variables from "yandex-cloud" theme

- 'yandex-cloud' theme is prepared to use uikit@5 css-variables
- the following obsolete css-variables are removed from 'yandex-cloud' theme:
  - `--yc-color-base`
  - `--color-base`
  - `--yc-color-base-area`
  - `--color-base-area`
  - `--yc-color-contrast-15-solid`
  - `--color-contrast-15-solid`
  - `--yc-color-hover-area`
  - `--color-hover-area`
