Ruby OSC implementation

This is a fork from Hans Fugals OSC implementation that simply fixes some bugs I found while using the library for my reacTIVision stuff (See my reactivision_test repo). On the way, I also try to improve the test suite.

For the interested mind: I used a cool tool called darcs-to-git to import Hans’ darcs repository into my own git repo (I don’t really feel at home with darcs, plus I wanted to have the stuff posted somewhere easily, with github beeing the natural choice).
