User should be able to specify concentrations of D, T to allow for non-reactor tokamak scoping, keeping it flexible for implementing other fuel mixtures (i.e. p-B / D-He3) in the future
@matt-pharr matt-pharr removed this from the OpenPOPCON v2.0 final version milestone Sep 1, 2024
