For the release of OpenPOPCON for use, we should:

• Comment and document all code
• Make sure readme.md / license / etc are up-to-date
• Work out any bugs that may substantially change physics results
• Create an explanatory Jupyter notebook documenting
• Compare results with existing POPCONs to ensure relative physical accuracy
• Finish implementing several intended features, including saving/loading results, scans, calculating impurities, B0, I_P, from Z_eff, B on coil, q* respectively, and kwargs for changing inputs with an already-running OpenPOPCON object
• Implement using P_SOL as a fixed quantity
