…n basic testing appears to deliver the same results as intended; some dependencies changed (I had to explicitly ensure the PostgreSQL driver was included in GDAL/ogr --- it wasn't obvious how to do that, but got there in the end), and I took the opportunity to improve the software image in general). So the gist of this resolves #495, but its really a software update in general. Despite specifying nicegui 2.9.1, 2.9.0dev still gets loaded though --- this is a pain due to dependabot alerts. But its not really an issue for our package in the way it is used.

This addresses #495 updating software with OSMnx 2.0, and general improvement/updates of the software stack
