In i-VRESSE/bartender#85 meta file is removed.
Linking relative dir gives problems.
As you only get one file.
Create `bartender link` subcommand.

This PR also removes writing of
job_dir/metafile as it was undocumented and unused. It also renames some functions to what they do.
