Long time, no release

This is a routine version bump, with the following major changes

What's Changed

• Fix WPARAM error on windows by moving to desktop-notifier (#259)
• Support Python 3.12 and 3.13 (minimum required python version is bumped to 3.9 due to previous fix)
• Character encoding & windows fixes by @Sp3EdeR in #208
• Handle int declared as str for match.episode on remaps by @BrutuZ in #295

Installation

1. Stop the scrobbler with trakts stop
2. pipx uninstall trakt-scrobbler
3. Run pipx install trakt-scrobbler
4. Start scrobbler with trakts start
