How can test this?

It can be tested with the ignite relayer configure and ignite relayer connect, for example, by following the Inter-Blockchain Communication: Basics from the CLI docs but we must make sure that ignite CLI is compiled agains the right nodetime version. I can test this one.

By the way, the last time I tried the ts-relayer it was not working with v50 so that might still be an issue.
